Hard to exactly nail down why I only lost 3 pounds this month because so many things are going on. Having a fiancee makes it difficult to keep up my regular routine of exercising on the treadmill every night from 7:30-8:00 because we're always together doing something. So unfortunately, I haven't been on the treadmill in a whole month now :(

I am able to eat quite a bit more now - still NOTHING like a regular meal but more like a half of a normal meal, which actually is quite a good amount. But on the other hand, I haven't been eating regularly because I'm always out with my fiancee.

Also, since I am almost a normal weight now the weight loss inevitably will become much slower. So it's likely a combination of all these things that kept my weight loss this month to a small amount.

I have vowed to get back on the treadmill - I miss it and find I am much more tired without my regular exercise routine. It's going to be a matter of self-discipline - it's much more fun smooching with my Babe than it is sweating on a treadmill, but I have to do what is right for my body :)

I had a physical from my regular doctor a few weeks ago and everything is at excellent levels - cholesterol, kidneys, liver, thyroid, etc. I'm very happy. No more problems with constipation either. I hope to lose another 20 lbs. to bring me in the 150s, and then after I maintain for a year I'll get my tummy tuck and butt lift :)
